Before we start, I offer a introductory conversation in which I can answer your questions and give you a taste of coaching, so that you can make an informed choice to commit to working with me as your coach. It is important that you feel that I am the right coach for you.

The effect of coaching is best assessed over time, therefore I agree to coach on the basis of a 3 month minimum period. In that time I would expect to have between 4 and 6 coaching sessions.

At 1.5 hours, my sessions are generous in duration, and cost $176.00 including GST.

The impact of coaching is often felt most profoundly beyond the session times. The work of the session is often a catalyst for significant shifts that occur later, after thoughts have percolated and changes put in place. These are exciting times and you may wish to share your experience. Conversely, you may find yourself faced with a new challenge, and wish to let me know. Because I see my work as an expression of how I can make a positive difference in the world, I enjoy having contact with clients between sessions, either through email or by telephone. Please note, however, the time available for phone conversations may be limited within my schedule.

The working environment is important in coaching; therefore I will arrange a place that suits you best. I can provide my premises, meet at your home, workplace or a café, I also find that clients who share my love of the outdoors enjoy combining the coaching with an opportunity for some fresh air and exercise, such as a walk along the beach or through a park. Again it is about tailoring the coaching experience to fit your life.

At the completion of the initial 3-month commitment, it is not uncommon for a client to continue the coaching relationship in order to maintain positive changes and continue to break new ground. Individual sessions may be purchased or a pre-paid block of 6 sessions attracts a 10% discount.
